We are happy to announce that Culinax® - our patented flavouring system - has been nominated to the Food ingredients Excellence Awards, held at FiE in Frankfurt, 17-19 November, 2009.
We will make a live presentation of Culinax® during Tuesday, 17th November 2009, at the exhibition site.

Fourteen innovative food ingredients are nominated and the winners will be announced during the awards ceremony at Food ingredients Europe on 17 November 2009 at 6pm. “The Fi Excellence Awards had a record-breaking number of entries this year,” noted Event Director Greg Cherry. “The ingredients that have been shortlisted truly represent best practice in ingredients innovation.
The judging committee, comprised of industry luminaries from companies including Unilever, Danone and Albert Heijn, met in Amsterdam for 8 hours and analysed each entry in detail.
